ಸಂಪದಿಗರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿ!
ನಾನು ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಓಪನ್‌ ಸೋರ್ಸ್ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶವಾದಂತಹ ಗಿಂಪ್(gimp) ಅನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಕೆಲವು ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆ ಹಾಗು ಫೊಟೊಗ್ರಾಫಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪದಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಪದಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಇದರ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಿ. ಅಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಪದಗಳಿಗೆ ನನಗೆ ತೋಚಿದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪದಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅದರ ಬಗೆಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿ.
